Accounting Manager (New York, NY)
Candidate is responsible for programing, maintaining, and monitoring a multi-site accounting network system based on a Childcare Management System and Quick Books System. Attention to detail includes the supervision and accuracy of tuition receivables, payables, and payrolls. Reconciliation bank’s records using the programmed accounting system. Generate monthly reports for tuitions, payrolls, general ledgers, internal financial statements using computerized system. Provide consultation to parents regarding updated federal, state, and city tax law information pertaining to education credits. Bilingual English/Mandarin ability needed.
Minimum requirements: B.S. in Computer Science or foreign equivalent, one year accounting software programming experience. M.B.A. in Accounting towards CPA

Education Director
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced educator, with excellent leadership skills. Must have prior administrative/staff supervision experience for our infant, toddler, and preschool program. Individual must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to positively interact with parents, staff, and children. Individual must be able to multi-task and know how to prioritize job functions. Candidates must be New York State Certified and have 5+ years’ experience in the field of early childhood education. Prior director experience is a plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, providing the highest quality early learning program that meets all state licensing requirements; supervising, hiring, mentoring, and training a group of dedicated teachers; promoting professional development and curriculum strategies.
Preschool Teacher
We are looking for caring, dependable, and professional teachers to plan, implement, supervise, and engage in instructional hands-on, age appropriate thematic lessons for young children in various subject areas with a focus on literacy, science, technology, art, and mathematics, social-emotional, cognitive, and motor skills. Our classroom environments are highly interactive and all teachers must demonstrate positive social skills and caring communication with the children. Teachers will also assist in providing parent education, promoting parent involvement with attention to maintaining cultural sensitivity. Ideal candidate should have two years’ experience as a head teacher in an early childhood setting. Teacher must have a minimum of 90 credits in early childhood education. New York State certified teachers are preferred.
Infant and Toddler Caregiver
We are seeking kind, sensitive, and genuinely caring individuals with a cheerful disposition and helpful attitude. Candidates must be energetic, team players and have experience working with infants and toddlers. All infant and toddler teachers are required to interact positively with the children and to provide a language rich environment by speaking with the children in caring and positive ways. This person has knowledge of child development and the ability to set up a sensory filled environment that benefits all children. Individuals must have an Associate degree in early childhood education, enrolled in a program or hold a C.D.A. Infant/Toddler.
Teacher Assistant
We are looking for reliable and dependable individuals who love to work with children. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards others. Assistant teacher candidates must be willing to help the classroom teacher with managing students during projects, group time, clean-up, and center time. Responsibilities will also include assisting with teaching, leading small groups, preparation for meals, feeding, and changing of children and making sure the classroom is neat and organized. This individual will help to maintain a positive climate classroom that is culturally sensitive to the needs of all the children and families.
